But yes gw is dying very slowly so you have alot of work on your hand's..

Okay, so, the first order of business is to shorten her name to make it more user/speller-friendly. That, or just keep calling her by her first name.

Honestly, I've yet to see a forum that isn't discouraging. As long as she only needs to take 1% of what's posted in here seriously, then she'll be fine.
